Who publishes How We Use AI

How We Use AI is a program of EffectiveSC, a 501(c)(3) public charity. UX Magazine, in the same charity, publishes our commentary.

The people who publish How We Use AI work at OneReach.ai, which sells AI agents to businesses. OneReach.ai benefits when companies spend more on AI agents, and this site reports on that spending. Keep that in mind when you read our pages on agents and spend.

TODO for Robb: name the people, their roles at OneReach.ai and at EffectiveSC, and say whether OneReach.ai funds EffectiveSC or this site.

What else we plan to sell or offer

EffectiveSC plans to provide memory and cost-saving routing services for AI, paid through token fees. Some of our research points toward shared memory and using fewer tokens, which would favor those services.

TODO for Robb: confirm this description of EffectiveSC's planned services and its status before publishing.

How we handle it

We publish our sources and methods, link every figure to where it came from, and offer no paid products on this site. Where a source has a stake in its own figures, the page says so: for example, Ramp sells corporate cards and an AI token spend management product, and Menlo Ventures invests in AI companies, including Anthropic.

When we compare AI agent platforms, we will say so next to the comparison wherever OneReach.ai's product is involved.

TODO for Robb: confirm these rules and add funding sources and a contact address.

Organization survey

For the person who leads AI adoption: profile, practices and open questions. Your staff answer the pulse under the same code, and your report shows both.
